Most of our products are shipped from the US and the UK.
Please note that all gifts are subject to a 3 day turn around time; should you need the gift in a rush, a small fee will apply.
All of our gifts are unique and some variation to the pictures seen may occur, however if it is not lovely, it is not acceptable. We make up your basket or gift and email you a picture. Upon your confirmation, we will send it out for delivery.
Payment is cash on delivery of the gift, Customer Cash delivery to Lovely Things or NBK transfer.
We offer free delivery on all purchases. Delivery is from 4pm to 9pm only.
