If you order a gift today, it will be delivered 3 days from today. This is due to our carefully crafted gifts, each is made to order therefore we do not make up gifts before they are ordered. If you would like your gift sooner than 3 days, we offer a rush service for an additional fee.
Where is Lovely Things located? Do you have a shop? TOP
No, we currently do not have a shop. Our workshop is located in Salwa and we can arrange for viewings and consultations at anytime, call us for more information.
Where are your products from? TOP
We ship most of our products from the UK and the USA, therefore most of the items you find contained in the baskets and boxes are not available in Kuwait therefore making a gift special and unique.

If you ordered a gift online and you did not receive a call within 24 hours, then your order was not received. We call to confirm all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
